Maligayang Paskonalo: “Scratch & Win Promo”

Promo Period: Dec. 8 - Jan. 10, 2025

  1. General Guidelines:
    1. Participants qualify for one digital scratch card with a minimum purchase of Php20,000 (based on SRP) worth of Haier products. Multiple cards can be earned with Haier value purchases (e.g., Php45,000 = 2 cards)
    2. Digital scratch card will be generated upon scanning the printed QR Code in-store. Participants need to swipe their fingers over their phone screen to play.
    3. After playing the digital scratch card, participants will know instantly if they've won a cash prize or are eligible for the raffle.
    4. To claim prizes, participants must submit their name, mobile number (preferably linked to an e-wallet), email, proof of purchase, and valid ID via the provided link, consenting to Haier and authorized dealers processing their personal information. Failure to submit the required details will render the participant ineligible to claim their instant cash prize or participate in the raffle draw promo.
    5. Cash prize winners (Php200, Php500, Php1,000) will receive instructions on claiming their prize via their registered mobile number and email. Raffle participants will be entered into the draw on January 10, 2025.
    6. Instant cash winners are not eligible for the raffle. Participants who do not win cash are automatically entered into the raffle for prizes including:
      1. 5 winners: Haier Inverter Refrigerator
      2. 5 winners: Haier Top Load Washing Machine (10KG)
      3. 10 winners: Haier 55" QLED Google Smart Television
      4. 10 winners: Haier Split Type UV Cool Series Air Conditioner
  2. Schedule of Draw:

    Winners will be drawn via electronic raffle on January 7 to January 17, 2025, at Lot 35B Block 11 Acropolis Green Subd., Bagumbayan Quezon City, Philippines 1110. The draw will be conducted with fairness and shall be witnessed and verified by Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) representative on January 7, 2025 via electronic raffle.

  3. Raffle Prizes:

    A total of 30 winners nationwide to win Haier Appliances, 1,000 winners to win Php1,000.00 instant cash prize, 3,000 winners to win Php500.00 instant cash prize, and 5,000 winners to win Php200.00 instant cash prize. These prizes are applicable to all participating dealer stores nationwide.

  4. Announcement and Notification of Winners:
    1. FOR INSTANT CASH:
      • The winner shall instantly receive a link via their registered mobile number and email on how they can claim their cash prize thru Share Treats.
      • Once the link of the prizes is given, prizes may be redeemed within sixty (60) days after receiving the notification on how to claim the instant cash prize.
    2. FOR INSTANT CASH:
      • The raffle will be drawn one (1) week after the promo ends, in the presence of a DTI representative.
      • Raffle prizes must be claimed sixty (60) days after the raffle draw; otherwise, they will be forfeited in favor of Haier Philippines with DTI approval.

    3. Raffle winners will be announced officially both on Haier Philippines and Participating Dealer’s official Facebook page. The publishing of winners will be on January 8 to January 18, 2025.

    4. All winners will be contacted by Haier Philippines through any of the following:

      • Registered email
      • Registered mobile number

    5. Winners must present the following upon claiming of prizes:

      • Official mail/SMS message from Haier
      • One (1) of any of the following valid IDs: Passport, Driver’s License, National ID, UMID, SSS or GSIS ID, Company ID, NBI Clearance, Postal ID or Voter’s ID.

    6. The prize can be claimed through a representative but must present the following:

      • An authorization letter with affixed signature of the winner.
      • One (1) valid ID of the winner
      • Official mail/SMS message from Haier
  5. Awarding and Claiming of Prizes:

    1. Winners will have 60 days from receipt of notification to redeem the prize, otherwise, prizes will be forfeited in the favor of Haier Philippines and participating Dealers before DTI’s approval.

    2. FOR INSTANT CASH:
      • The winner shall instantly receive a link via their registered mobile number and email on how they can claim their cash prize thru Share Treats.
      • Once the link of the prizes is given, prizes may be redeemed within sixty (60) days after receiving the notification on how to claim the instant cash prize.
    3. FOR RAFFLE PRIZES:
      • The raffle will be drawn one (1) week after the promo ends, in the presence of a DTI representative.
      • Raffle prizes must be claimed sixty (60) days after the raffle draw; otherwise, they will be forfeited in favor of Haier Philippines with DTI approval.

    4. In awarding of raffle prizes:

      1. For Metro Manila winners: winners must claim their prizes from Haier’s Head Office at Lot 35B Block 11 Acropolis Green Subd., Bagumbayan Quezon City, Philippines 1110.
      2. For winners outside Metro Manila, Haier will arrange the delivery of the items to the recipient’s registered house address.

    5. By joining the promo, the participant assumes full and complete responsibility for the prize that he or she receives. The participant, if he/she is declared as a winner, hereby waives releases and forever discharges the promo organizer from any claim, or any other nature upon receipt of the prize. The participant acknowledges that the promo organizer shall not in any way be held liable for any injuries or any other accidents before or after receipt of the prize.

  6. Other Terms and Conditions:

    In the interest of transparency, the Participant by joining this promotional activity shall be deemed to conform the release in public of all information in relation to the identity of the Participant. The winning Participant’s name, image and/or photos from the draws may be at the discretion of Participating Dealers be posted on online media or printed in other forms of marketing collaterals. Further, the winning Participant may also be required to attend/appear in live announcements in connection with their winning. By entering this promo, the winning Participant agrees that the use of his name, image, and/or photos, will not entitle him to any remuneration.
